How it works

- We send you the return address.
- Ship the mask back to us in its original pouch.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2-year guarantee
Beyond the trial, every mask is covered for two years against manufacturing defects. Reach out and we'll repair or replace it.
